Bonsport Electric Bikes

At Bonsport Electric Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return, refund, and warranty policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of electric bikes and shipping logistics, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • The bike must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the bike, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used bikes

  • Bikes with visible wear or damage

  • Bikes returned without original packaging

  • Custom or special-order items

Warranty

We proudly offer:

  • 2-Year Warranty on all electrical components
    (Battery, motor, controller, display, wiring)

  • Lifetime Warranty on the bike frame

This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper assembly

  • Accidents or misuse

  • Water damage or improper storage

  • Unauthorized modifications

Repairs & Parts

If your bike requires service:

  • Most repairs will be handled through local bike shops

  • Customers may contact us for replacement parts

  • Our team will coordinate parts through our B2B support network

  • Labor and repair costs are not covered under warranty unless otherwise specified

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bike arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of packaging and damage

  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase

  • Before shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
