Shipping Methods

We currently ship using FedEx and trusted freight partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

As we grow, many of our bikes may ship directly from our warehouse or manufacturer (drop shipping) to provide faster delivery and better availability.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • East Coast: 2–5 business days

  • Midwest: 3–6 business days

  • West Coast: 5–8 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on availability and location.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • We may offer Free Shipping promotions from time to time

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or rural locations


Drop Shipping

To provide faster delivery and maintain inventory availability:

  • Some bikes may ship directly from our manufacturing partners

  • Drop-shipped orders still include tracking information

  • Delivery timeframes remain similar to standard shipping


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email

  • FedEx tracking number

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided.


Shipping Damage

Please inspect your bike upon delivery.

If your bike arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue

Currently, we ship to:

  • United States (Contiguous 48 states)

We currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

  • International locations (at this time)


Signature Requirements

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery due to the value of electric bikes.

This helps ensure safe and secure delivery.
